I had a recall on my 2018 RAM 2500 Limited and also had a oil change. There service department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

They were great from the start and they said it would take 3 1/2 hours but it only took two hours. Got a great team there.

While my auto was only in for an oil change, the staff was friendly, kept customers informed of progress, and the waiting area was clean and roomy. After routine inspection they provided clear printouts of any issues discovers, without sales pressure for immediate repair of non-critical items.

At last this time my car was vacuumed out and was given a onetime cars wash ticket, I asked if my car had any up dates, was told no, but the next day my car did an update could turn my car off or drive anywhere for over an hour. Lost all my radio stations, my phone would work, but finally got it to work again.
