This service department is terrible, I made an appointment for what I knew was wrong with the car ( leaking shock ) My wife dropped it off Monday am and they had no idea why it was there, so they looked it over and couldn’t find the problem. Made another appt, was told they had the part in stock and needed some other part that would be in at 6am and car would be ready by 10:30 that day. They never called, so I did, was told they didn’t have the part in stock and the car sat, they told me called and left me a message, not on my phone or any email, he was lying! Worst service dept ever in my life

Service takes too long
I think that it is outrageous that it takes 2 hours for a oil change and state inspection. I was there for 2 hours for another oil change 3 months ago. With the only explanation that I?m not the only appointment. It seems like it takes 2 hours to get anything done at this dealership. I?m highly disappointed. I take the first appointment in the morning because I have to go to work. Was late the last two times because it takes 2 hours to change oil. If it wasn?t for warranty purposes I would never go there to get anything done.

Repairs
Had multiple things repaired. One thing that has been going on forever they said it was from the shafts that caused the clicking is still not fixed. This has been an ongoing issue that is still not resolved.
