Don?t ?Trust Transit Towne?
Where do I even begin with this place? Maybe a letter to the Better Business Bureau? I was more than reasonable with Transit Towne until they were sending me in cirlces with NO answers about my car. I am in sales, my vehicle is my office and, it rely on having a safe vehicle. I went almost 2 weeks without a vehicle bc the tech that was supposed to be fixing my car was ?out of town? or not working that day. I was lied to about him not being there but was working... The woman receptionist was the most inconsiderate when it came to hearing out my concerns as a customer and talked over me the entire time. She had no updates for me on my car bc the tech ?never? entered any notes to update the progress?after multiple calls there was never any updates. How is that good customer service? To continue to the series of events, we called to see what was taking so long and no one could give us ANY answers. When we called back again 3 days later to see what had been done to my car, they said we never permitted them to move forward with working on the car (ARE YOU KIDDING ME why would we say that?) I could go on and on about the horrible service, but I will end with this, they NEVER EVEN FIXED MY CAR, when I picked it up they said it SHOULD be okay, SHOULD?! I had to leave driving away in my car that could of potentially brakedown again? I did not feel safe leaving in my car. They handed me a paper with barely any notes on what they did to fix it. Safe to say I will never go back there again. My father and I ended up fixing the car and troubleshooting it ourselves.

Service
My experience was terrible. I made an appointment to get a 2nd key for my car. When I bought the car they only gave me one!! So when I showed up for my appointment, they brought my car in, and then told me they don?t have my replacement key, and it would be weeks until they get it in. It was a super frustrating experience.

Was in on Wednesday 8/25/2022 to have my RAM 1500 serviced. Mark my Service Advisor is professional and a pleasure to deal with. Service was accomplished in a timely manner and all items were Satisfactorily accomplished. Highly Recommend and will return for future service needs.
