Very pleasant and reliable service. When I bought the truck, they were very accommodating. Even when there was a little hitch with the DMV, they took care of everything.

Service for oil change

Experience is usually good. At this time I would just say I was disappointed that I found oil on my garage floor after my oil change. So something was not tighten correctly. Now I have to get the issue resolved.

2022 Ranger Lariat

Located the exact vehicle I was looking for on an internet search.Contacted Morris Ford and was directed to a salesperson immediately(Shane). He was polite,friendly and informative.Got a fair value on my trade in. Finance manager (Dave) was no pressure when offering extended warranties,undercoating etc. Overall was a pleasant,hassle free experience.

Morris Ford - Service Excellence

I realized a few weeks ago that my car was due for an NYS inspection, oil change and needed the winter tires taken off & my summer radials put on the car. I had a lot personally going on at the time, most importantly my youngest daughter was graduating from college, and didn?t have a lot of spare time on my schedule so I called the Service Team at Morris Ford to see if they could assist. Don picked up the line and found a way to accommodate me on short notice. The team got my car in, did the necessary maintenance and I was able to move on to more important things. My daughter?s graduation was a huge success and I didn?t have to worry about coming back home and dealing with car stuff. Thanks Don, Tammy, Rob George and the entire Service Team for always doing great quality service and for helping me out in a pinch. Rob S

Fantastic service

Thank you so much to Adam Rodick, you helped my husband and I out so much, at a time when my husband was unable to drive due to back surgery and we needed a vehicle. You made everything go so smooth, to the point of delivering the vehicle right to our home. We can not thank you enough.

very good company

I was looking for a vehicle online and came across what would have been the perfect vehicle for me and so I contacted Morris. They got right back to me and informed me the vehicle had just sold. They were very responsive and helpful even though I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them. They have even offered to try to find a vehicle that would fit the description I am looking for.
