Morris Ford Truck

We have done business with Morris Ford since 2006 and appreciate the fine service. Collectively over the years we have purchased jeep, Explorer, trucks and Escape and have been pleased with the service. I do recommend them if you are interested in buying a car or truck.

Adam was great!!! As Was Dave in finance. A friendly and professional atmosphere all around! I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody I know! Well done, and keep up the good work!

Annual inspection on a 14 k mile 2005 ford Mustang

Service dept. got me in a couple days. The entire service crew from the writers to techs are first class and would not go anywhere else. purchased the car new there also 18 years ago.

Recent service on my Ford Escape

Excellent customer service! They give you the time it will take to perform the service and when your service has been completed, they explain what was done. Everyone I have come in contact with is very friendly and courteous.

Frustrating experience

I ordered a 2023 F250 on 12/30/22. Delivery was scheduled for 5/3/23. During the delivery process there was a problem with the electrical system. No one seems to know what happened or how to fix it. Today is 5/11/23 and I still have not taken delivery of the new truck. Updates from the dealer are very limited and I have no idea when they will have it repaired. Very frustrating experience.

Morris Ford - A Step Above

The Morris Ford service team is on top of their game and knows how to deliver on and exceed expectations. I came in for NYS inspection, oil change and to take off Winter tires and put on Summer radials which is fairly straightforward, but I needed a ride home so they made that happen. A lot of other dealerships that provide service got rid of that amenity like my ago, but Morris Ford differentiates itself by doing the right thing for their customers. Charlie Morris, Rob George, Ron, Dan and the team do a great job of listening and a better job of making the customer happy. Well done!

2023 F150

Third lease with Morris and Adam made it so easy again. He made sure I got everything I wanted plus some extra options which I never knew about

Wonderful purchase experience

Ordered a new 2023 Ford Ranger thru Morris Ford in Burnt Hills, NY and couldn't be happier with how it all went. Absolutely no pressure to buy, only helpful guidance from Shane, the Morris Ford salesman that I was working with thru the whole process. He walked me thru all the available options and explained the pros and cons of each and let me decide which ones I would like to purchase. He listened to what I was saying and telling him all the time and made suggestions based on our conversations --- exactly what a good salesman is supposed to do. The facility was neat and clean. All dealer personnel were very cordial and friendly. I must say honestly that this was the best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Another thing I really appreciated was the update emails from the Ford factory on the progress of my vehicles build. I would definitely recommend this buying process thru Morris Ford to anyone that has an interest or need to purchase a new Ford vehicle.
