Service experience was great.

Service experience was great. Service from salesperson is awful. No follow up at all. Call him several times never at his desk. Never called to see if I had any problems or questions regarding the vehicle. Even after I mention to him several times that I left Star Lincoln because I never heard from my salesman after I purchased the car. I guess I’m not spending enough money with you guys. I don’t know what the problem is.

Had the car that I wanted.

Had the car that I wanted. Nicholas, my sales person was willing to work with me to get the best deal. The Corsair was delivered in spotless condition. Deal completed in less than 24 hours.

I bought a Lincoln Navigator Reserve from Shanta Mccool. She made me feel so welcome. She took her time explaining everything to me what awesome salesperson. This was my first time at Bob Maxey, she did not push me to buy anything. I will definitely be back, and I will tell others about her. I love my new Lincoln I'm very happy. Our salesperson Nick was awesome!

Our salesperson Nick was awesome! We ordered the new Nautilus last year, and Nick kept us posted on the progress from start to delivery. When the vehicle arrived he gave a thorough overview of the features and answered all of our questions. From the signing to receiving the keys, the process was seamless. Will definitely return to see Nick for future purchases!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Upon purchasing sales person told me there was two keys available. After I purchased the car, I asked. Where is the second set? And then they told me that it was their mistake. And did not have a second set for this vehicle. Sales person and use car manager wanted me to purchase a second set which is complete scrap. When I was told, 2 keys were available. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership.
