The service department team were courteous and

The service department team were courteous and knowledgeable. The wait time was what was expected. The lounge was inviting and relaxing. Updates were given when necessary. It didn’t take the two hours that was expected.

Friendly people!

Friendly people! But they sold me a brand new 2023 car that malfunctioned on me two days after purchase. I had to tow the car back to the dealership. Then I had to ask for a loaner. Then they pester me for better reviews because they were nice and say it was the manufacturer issue, but don't they represent Ford, the manufacturer.? The service department is very busy over as I witnessed while trying to get service for a different issue with the same car.

They will always make sure your problem is solved.Bob Maxey always treat you with kindness, i needed a new tire because old tire couldnt be repaired.

They are very easy to work with.

They are very easy to work with. Show up the day of your appointment and they will give you a ride home. They seem to always get the work done in the time they quoted

Service advisor Roderick took care of my problem (no key

Service advisor Roderick took care of my problem (no key detected; car wouldn't start the night before a AAA tow-truck call) and quickly diagnosed a dead battery in my key fob. And he also charged up the car's battery to be doubly sure everything was OK. And it was. Roderick & Maxey are the best!
