A "Repeat Customer" of Bob Maxey for 20 years.

The only thing I can say is that I am a repeat customer of Bob Maxey for about 20 years...and they must be doing something good (better than other people) that makes me keep going back to them.

The service at Bob Maxey is always pleasant and personal. The staff greets their guests personally with smiles. My vehicle is always prepared when promised and is washed. I've been coming here for years and recommend their services to anyone. Excellent Job!

Invoice #453980 Works Package Done: I Chose Bob Maxey Service based on positive experiences over several years of service and past several other places on Mack to get there. I had hoped I could trust you. BUT On February 8,2016 on the way home I noticed passenger side mirror was "out of adjustment" . did not check till got home to discover it was BROKEN OFF inside the mount. It WAS OK BEFORE you took And If it was broken before I would have noticed also Prior to service your man checked all around vehicle. He made no mention of it. I have been loyal customer and did not expect this but it seems you broke my side mirror in the shop or the car wash and said nothing. It seems you have a lot of new people who are unfamiliar with how things work. There was an older gentlemen porter who took this truck through wash on several past occasions and he never had a problem as he was experienced and likely pushed the mirrors in so your wash wouldn't break them. I don't expect you to fess up to this but I am disappointed. In the past I have recommended your dealership to many friends and business acquaintances and I wish I still could/
