REPAIR OF 1993 LINCOLN TOWN CAR

The service was great - however the service team via the car wash bent the radio antenna which needs to be replaced and i have not seen any indicator of a call back on getting this replaced by the service team as of today 2/1/16 (1 week later)

Mixed Experience

This occasion was fine, but other occasions have been stressful: last year my wife and I were ignored for 10 min.while a young man continued talking on his phone, not even a smile or nod to us; we have not been able to use all the electronic equipment on our vehicle because it doesn't work consistently. We hesitate to bring it in because of the time/hassle involved. We have a 2014 Escape which we have liked in the past. I have been leasing cars from Bob Maxi for 30 years.

Safety Recall Notice

I brought my car in due to a safety recall notice I received for my 2013 Lincoln MZK for the door latch. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

Free car wash downside

One thing I did not expect was the free car wash - looked great. However, their was a down side. The process move the radio antenna from being vertical to swept back position that also projected over the side of the car. I screwed it back in with a wrench and it is now once again vertical and not over the side of the car.

Great Service

We brought our MKZ in due to dashboard light being on, air was added to tires and we received a complimentary car wash. I was out the door very quickly. Great!

The work that was done was fine, it is just the waiting for parts to be ordered in in a timely mannner. There should be some one who has the resonsiblility to make sure that all parts are ordered before the cut off period for the date.

Service manager (who also wrote up my order) was spot on with estimated time and cost. I came in the next afternoon to pick up the car and he said hi by name. I had only talked with him once when dropping off the car.

Better than my previous experience.

I was pleased to find the interior of my car was clean this time (my last visit someone had left black greasy fingerprints on my cream colored interior), however I do not understand why anyone would feel it is appropriate to not only change the radio station and presets but also leave the volume at an ear splitting level. The settings on my lights were also changed. These may seem like small issues but it's very inconsiderate - which is basically the overall feeling I have about your service department.
