Service was well orchestrated , ie timely, courteous, etc. Not happy with used car people who took look at the car to assess purchase price - found sensor for remote start off windshield and the rear camera no longer operates when backing up-these items were apparentely messed with during the assessment .

The service is great!

The service is great! I enjoyed my experience with my salesman, he helped me with every thing, he explained all the functions on my vehicle. And set up my garage door opener in the car with my garage door. Thanks

I have purchased /leased 2 vehicles from this dealer.

I have purchased /leased 2 vehicles from this dealer. I would rate the Sales department at a 5 star and the service department a 3. After a minor accident, I scheduled the drop off for repair. I dropped in out front and filled out the paperwork and dropped the keys and paperwork in the drop box. I was originally told it would take 3 days to fix. On the third day I called to find out the status, and was told they did not have my car !!! They passed me to several departments but know one could tell me where my car was. 2 days later they found it in the Repair center where is was put aside and waiting for a USB part. The major repair had not even started yet !!!!! I will not likely bring my car in for service. I'll take it to Crest Lincoln. There service is outstanding.

This dealer is amazing, I had little to no wait time at all, and let me give a huge shoutout to Ms.Shanta Mccool, she’s one of the best people I’ve ever meet. Ms.Mccool made this process wonderful and made me feel at home. I would recommend anyone to this dealer and tell them ask for Ms.Mccool!

I took my MKZ to the dealership to have new front brakes

I took my MKZ to the dealership to have new front brakes and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Spots" they had to grind off my new rotors (instead of completly replacing) . The squeaking is definitely better but still squeaking non the less

Bob Maxey Lincoln service was very curteous and

Bob Maxey Lincoln service was very curteous and informative. Happy over all with the repairs. But the vehicle was there for over 3 weeks and forgot to do the oil change. I live a ways away and had to do a separate appointment which i would think they could have covered the oil change just for customer service. But no. Other then that one issue all ok
