Great service

While my car was kept for a couple of days to figure out a electrical problem, i was given a loaner so i can go to work.

I like the people @ Alserra, they care always kind & friendly. I had a sad experience on the highway with my new car atfer having it for 9 days. My left tire blowout but I was THANKFULto have been able to safely exited. After getting the tire to the dealership I was told there was not warranty on the tire & had the pay for a new on I was very disappointed with the dealership

Exceptional Experience

I liked everything! This was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous! But my salesman, Nathan Monterosso, made me feel so comfortable and confident about my purchase. He didn't pressure me, he respected my opinions and concerns, and he was patient with all my questions. He even showed me how to set up the bluetooth in the car (which I never would have figured out on my own)! I also appreciated that there was no need to haggle on the price. When I decided to buy a car, I was very worried that I might get swindled, but I definitely don't feel like that happened at Al Serra. Overall, I felt like the environment was very supportive and comfortable for a first time car buyer. Also, I liked how available my salesman was. He was willing to work around my schedule and made me feel like I was his top priority. Since I was buying a used car, not an expensive new car, that made me feel pretty special. I'm deeply appreciative for all his help, his knowledge, his integrity as a salesman, and for his focus on getting me into the perfect car. I couldn't be happier with this experience and I'm telling anyone who will listen how incredible Al Serra Subaru is. I hope all my future car buying experiences will be just like this one.

customer friendly-great staff-from start to finish

Eric the service rep-kept me informed what was taking place with my auto-he asked if i needed a ride anywhere-they did find addtl issue-which was covered under my warrantee-and i apprciated the service dept finding the issue!

I understand you can't control the bad weather but I did set up an appointment to get my car fixed and asked for a rental. I waited almost 3 hours to get a rental car. I only waited 1/2 hour at the dealership and at the rental company the remainder of the time.

Good Service!!

I liked that even though the service department was busy, the service adviser(Fred) went out of his way to make my service experience one that I felt cared for as a customer and the two shuttle drivers(Marv & Kenny) were very friendly and made the shuttle ride very enjoyable.
