This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased and I really have to say I'm wondering why we didn't purchase all of them from you. Your staff has Wowed!! my wife and myself.. We do buy quite a few cars and trucks and I can't think of one reason that would make us unhappy!! I was promptly greeted when I drove in. My service advisor handled my paperwork quickly then walked me to the waiting area. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. The work was done in about 30 minutes.

I liked how Travis is very helpful and can explain everything thoroughly. It's our second car from Travis and it won't be the last.

While I did not like the length of time I spent there (3 hrs.), the techs were knowledgeable & professional. Nels from the Roadside Service was on top of his A game and treated me with so much respect even though I didn't purchase my car from Al Serra.
