We liked so many things about Al Serra! We bought used and the used inventory was great! There was one (or 7) of anything we could have wanted! We loved the fact that we were able to look out in the lot without feeling like prey, which gave us a good sense of what exactly we wanted to look at and test drive when we went inside. Our sales rep, Ron Allen, was amazing also! He went above and beyond, was professional, patient, accommodating and honest with us.
