great services, clean facilities, nice staff.

Adam always does a great job everytime I come in. I enjoy the comfortable customer lounge, it makes the wait time easier, everyone is friendly and does a great job. The 12.95 oil change is very much appreciated by those of us on a tight budget. Thank you so much!

Great Service Experience

I loved that someone met me at my car while I was still in it to say hello and ask what I needed. I hate standing there wondering who to approach and was glad that didn't happen. Victor was very nice and helped me out with a rental car when the part couldn't be delivered until Monday(I came in on Friday). He called me to keep me up to date on everything that was happening (tech is looking at it, here's what's wrong, etc.) Everything went very smoothly.

Outstanding service, huge selection of cars

The salesman, Ron, that helped me find my new car was outstanding. Ron helped me find the best deal for the car that I wanted and made the experience of buying a car really easy and fun. I have already recommended Ron and Al Serra dealership to my family and friends.

I always love the dealership!

They have always been very helpful providing me with a loaner, they always do great work, I feel they are very ethical and honest and everyone is always very nice. I appreciated them replacing an item that I left in my vehicle, even after they have a sign that says they aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Excellent Service

The service was fast. They told me a time and that is when it was done. Everyone was courteous and polite. They were reasonably priced and they had sent me a coupon that reduced the cost of the service.

Sales experience

My sales person, Travis went out of his way to ensure that I had an opportunity to drive the cars before I made a decision. He also made sure that I was able to get my wedding ring out of my trade in after it fell under the front seat. Travis along with the service department removed the seat, and carpet so that I was able to find my ring.

Great service!

The service was completed accurately and sooner than expected. I had been told the process might take one hour so my salesperson gave me their loaner to take shopping. A few minutes later I returned because I'd forgotten my list and the repair was done.

Best car buying experience ever

We came to Al Serra Chevy all the way from Saginaw because we heard that they were the "go to" dealership for getting out of a lease early. We're so glad we did! Mark Siefert was a pleasure to work with. He patiently showed us 3 different cars because I wasn't quite sure what I wanted when we came in. There was no stressful haggling over the price. I truly believe we got the best deal possible right from the beginning. In fact, the price was even lower than we anticipated. They got us out of our lease 4 months early and into a car we love. Mark even delivered the car to our home in Saginaw, driving away in our trade-in vehicle. Wow! That's remarkable service! We are now loyal Al Serra clients, and plan to see Mark again when this new lease is up. This has been, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks, Mark!

Great service

I like that I am able to get service done on my Subaru on Saturdays. Your customer waiting area is comfortable. I was able to work on my work because you also have Wi-Fi.
