I deal with the same service tech, Aaron J., each time I come in for any kind of service. He is always very friendly and makes sure that my needs are met. I appreciate his positive professionalism and customer service.

I am very impressed with the customer and vehicle service from Al Serra. One always presumes that thier home town dealer is giving the best service. That is not the case. I do not live in Grand Blanc but work in the area. I am so glad I made the effort to check the inventory at Al Serra. Found the vehicle I wanted, a great price, professional sales staff, and the best purchase experience ever. I must admit, the used car sales building is so relaxing, stopped in for popcorn, a cold pop and watch some TV. The popcorn is the best!! Goes hand in hand with the whole package.

Fantastic experience! The roadside assistance person came to my work THREE times to make sure that I was taken care of. First, to put on the spare, then he picked up the flat tire and took it to the dealer to be looked at, then finally came back to put on the replacement tire. Overall, GREAT experience! I was fully expecting to have to take time off of work to visit the dealership, but I didn't have to!

I researched GMC Acadia's online and found a great deal at Al Serra in Grand Blanc, MI. I spoke with Jason Czarka at the dealership a couple of times and he sent me all of the requested information including the Carfax and Vehicle History report plus he took the time to look over the entire vehicle and report back to me with any minor flaws he could find, but there were none. I arranged for financing through the dealership website and got a fantastic rate. One week later I was on a plane flying from Kansas City to Flint, MI to close the deal. The dealership was very clean and the level of customer service I received from everyone involved was top notch. I was picked up at the airport and driven back to the dealership in the Acadia I was buying and then it only took about 1 hour to sign the paperwork and I was on my way. I drove the Acadia 800 miles to home and I don't have one single complaint. The vehicle is perfect and the entire experience couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Jason and Al Serra Auto Plaza as they were very easy to deal with and they appreciate their customers.
