Most bang for your buck!
No pressure sales, no haggle price. Great certified vehicles. Gary was our salesman and was a pleasure to work with. We have been very pleased with our truck so far. Had to go back for a few items (only because I was impatient and wanted my truck right then) and was very pleased with the service we received. We got a certified vehicle and love the fact included was a 2 year maintenance plan. Definitely will be going back for our next vehicle

Stylin' in Victory Red 2013 GMC Sierra 4 X 4.
Regarding our visit and purchase at Al Serra: The experience was extremely satisfying. The wife had the saleman (Andy) showing us vehicles, as if she was trying on shoes at the mall. We test drove everything from the amazing Chevy Volt to the newest model Chevy Silverado (2014). We couldn't buy them all, so we had to make a decision as to what would fit our family best and come within our target budget. Alas, the salesman found us a 2013 GMC Sierra that had been a demo, although it had no indications of such use. The extra savings that this presented us was too good to pass up. We are quite happy with our new GMC Sierra Crew Cab 4 X 4 in victory red. We are back riding in style and actually lowered our montly vehicle cost significantly. We have found your dealership and the employees to be very friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to anyone. Thanks for the rewarding experience.

Another satisfied customer
Just leased a Buick Encore (following a lease, last year, of a Regal). As a 'now' two Buick family, we must state that we are more than satisfied with Al Serra Buick. Having owned a number of 'foreign' cars in the past (Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Porsche and Lexus, for starters), I can only underscore the fit and finish of these two fine automobiles. Both handle extremely well and are worthy of the name plate. In addition, the service we received at Al Serra, from Josh Carroll and, as applicable, Jim Papatheodore, was outstanding. The entire experience was, especially for the car business, almost enjoyable. We will be back.

I had been shopping on-line for months. When I used Al Serra's website and understood their terms of making their best offers known up front it took the "haggling" pressure off. You know what you want to spend and what they have in their inventory that fits your range. I liked that. It saved a lot of time and the best part about shopping there for me was the range of late model "slightly" used clean vehicles to choose from.

I've never had a more enjoyable experience. Beth Cooper was the best. Her general manager did not play games with pricing. Everything was up front and they let me control what I was interested in. I'm an automatic lifetime customer .
