Customer Service Improvement

Overall my experience was good. However, I was a little disappointed with my Service Advisor. Unlike the advisor from my previous visit, he didn't meet me at my vehicle when I pulled into the service area. He didn't tell me his name, and didn't say anything to me when everything was finished. I do understand that they are extremely busy, but little things mean a lot.

Selection and Purchase

Our car purchase was enjoyable and even my wife liked it and she hates shopping for cars even though this will be her car. We initially took a test drive in a Terrain, but she found an Equinox with an interior she preferred. The paperwork process went smoothly. Our salesman was Mike Lewis who was very helpful through the entire process as well as showing my wife how the various controls worked. She was also impressed by the flower Brett Stevens, sales manager gave her before she left. Brett also kept the process moving while Mike was assisting multiple customers. We would highly recommend again.

Top-notch customer service

Don was very accommodating--no pressure. Also, we appreciated his willingness to save us another trip to the dealer, since we live quite a distance away. Our Malibu was delivered to our home!! Thank you!!

Great Experience

Traded in a BMW and got a no haggle deal that met my expectations. Alex was great to work with and we'd travel over 100 miles to do business with him again. He was thorough, attentive and easy to work with. The vehicle was in great shape, just as they advertised. Plus the dealership filled the tank. We'll certainly keep Al Serra on our list to do business again!

Great Service and Staff

Friendly staff, great service, customers are taken care of in professional manner. Some companies have lost their customer service principles, but I can say that Al Serra has not, thank you for having great customer service and friendly staff.

Got much more than just great service!

I came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change on my 2008 Envoy and left that afternoon with a new 2013 Acadia. The service representative offered to have the Envoy looked over for an appraisal and I said I was interested exploring in my options; I really like the Acadia. He connected me with Mr. Ron Hatt who took care of me from start to finish. I am thoroughly pleased with my new Acadia and can't thank the Al Serra team enough for their professional assistance.

Very good experiencek

There was no pressure from our salesperson. She did her homework between visits so information we needed was there. Very good experience after a bad experience at another dealership.

diagnosis of service engine soon warning

My "Service engine soon" warning light was operating.Dan Drenikowsky at Al Serra's Buick side ,as usual , correctly diagnosed the problem ,made appropriate repair recommendations and corrected the problem. All promises were kept.All work was excellent. Very high A+ recommendation here.Thanks

Roadside better than Buick service!

The roadside assistance is good more helpful than the Buick service manager who waited on me last time. The Roadside guy fixed my car! It was the same problem I had last time and Buick service said "there is nothing wrong" yet both times the vehicle was completely inoperable. Turned out to be a loose electrical connection. Roadside found and fixed the problem. Buick service, 5 months earlier blamed the issue on Onstar downloading too many updates at once. I hate being lied to.
