salesman lied

I went in looking to buy a used car, salesman was nice answered my questions .but when it came to writing up the deal I said I would not like to submit this until I speak with my credit union I told him what I was approved for which was less because that should not make a difference I was approved for over $30,000 told him 21,000 he said ok get back with me I'll hold it until Monday because you are being finance through an outside lender we can only hold it for 2 days so I text him on the way back home that it was a go with cu and my husband and I was going to still look until Monday we don't want tp pay asking price but will call him on Monday with my answer he said ok great talk to you soon. Monday 9am I texted him and suv was sold. I see more on the lot I may want to buy but this leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. I have reached out to him to ask about another one I would like to see and no response. So I guess I will just have to shop some place else.

Always a pleasure

It was a great experience! I love Kristen!!! She always knows what I want and/or what I’m looking for. Shes so kind and really wants You to leave in something you love. Process is always quick and painless.

Brian Miller makes buying or leasing a car easy

Brian miller is the best. He makes buying or leasing a vehicle an easy and wonderful experience. He was able to get me the exact truck I wanted and a great price. I will never go anywhere else.

Customer satisfaction

My overall experience with Jason was excellent! He was very reassuring when me and my elderly parents where having difficulties in getting a GM family discount code, and went above and beyond to assist us. Ultimately he lead the way of obtaining my qualified discount and I was able to save a lot of money. I also referred my friend to Jason and she was very pleased with his service as he was able to find the perfect car for her daughter. Jason's friendly smile and genuine attitude made me, my family, and friends very comfortable and confident.

Refused to sell a car out of state

Offers cars for sale out of state, but does not want to sell them because they would have to wait for paperwork. They can do it, but want to sell local because it's faster.
