Helpful, friendly. Very fair prices and trade-in.

I had the salesman and his boss help out since the salesman was in training. Both were very helpful and very friendly. Made me feel like I was buying the right car for me.

We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful salesperson. Mike Majerowicz did a great job at getting us in the car we wanted very quickly. The trade in, and financing went very smooth. So, glad we came to Al Serra!
