Great service, fast and efficient

Everything went quickly and easily. I live in Warren and really liked being able to communicate via e-mail. Tim Edwards answered each e-mail quickly and I bought my new vehicle in 2 days!

Great service on my Chevrolet

Your Chevrolet division is excellent. I have issues with your Cadillac service where I have been denied service for my Cadillac having to take it elsewhere. If this continues I have been told by the Chevrolet service that they will handle any issues with the Cadillac to include general service.

Amazing Service

We were in amazing hands with Joe! He was welcoming and patient. He really listened to what my family's needs were and then found us the perfect car (and it was one I never thought I would like!). I will definitely return to him again.

First Service Experience with Al Serra Auto Plaza

When I called the service dept and described the issue I was having with my steering, he listened to me and said he's seen other cars with the same problem. I had already called my local dealer to see about bringing my car to that dealership for service, and he denied there were any issues/ problems and that he had no idea what it could be. I was so relieved to hear your guy tell me he likely knew what it was and how to fix it, so I cancelled the service apt at my local dealer and made the effort to come to Grand Blanc for service. Then I called later and asked if I could have the oil changed while it was in, and he said absolutely. Everything worked out smoothly and I really appreciated the great customer service. sue

Excellent service, great hospitality!

Never felt pressured at any time

We did not feel pressured at any time and our salesman, Ryan Fohey was able to answer all of our questions we had about our options to either buy a used vehicle, lease a vehicle, buy a new vehicle, etc... We would recommend Al Serra to all of our friends and family.
