New Acadia Purchase

Works like a well oiled machine.

Great Service!

Lost my car in a flood. Was easily able to get the car I wanted and didn't have to come into the dealership, only to pick up the car. Vic George made it very easy for me to get exactly what I needed!

Buying Experience with Corey V. from Al Serra VW

Corey V was very professinal, competent and a pleasure to work with. I actually stopped by the dealership after looking at several other brands of cars with my daughters (car was for my daughters 16th birthday). We really didnt' intend to buy a VW (were looking at small SUV's). Further, I am from the Traverse City area and like to buy local so would have normally bought near home. Corey was so helpful and pleasant to work with (as was Chris) that we took a car for a test ride and decided to buy the car that day.
