Oil and tire service
I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Also I asked them to check for the noise I was hearing in the right front wheel. They completed all requests. When interacting with their staff they have a pleasant demeanor and show concern for the customer. They have solid answers to questions.

Excellent Dealer
I have purchased three new vehicles from Castilone over the years. The sales department has been excellent to work with. They give you a fair price without all the haggling that many dealers do. I have also had a very good experience with their service department. Whenever I've brought any of my vehicles in for service, whether it's been a warranty repair or not, I've been treated properly. Most importantly, rarely do they not fix the problem the first time.
