Great service

The service department is honest and straightforward. The service representative works with the customer regarding scheduling of needed work and the cost. I strongly recommend them. Bill Bero was the service representative for this recent visit.

Excellent sales staff and high quality vehicles

They were professional, friendly, and time efficient. I walked in knowing what I wanted, and they streamlined the process and made it super easy. When I had questions, the sales rep (Sam) was knowledgeable. This staff clearly knows how to tailor your experience to your preferences and offer only as much attention as you want.

Professional and caring staff, great work!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgable. They explained what they were planning to do and why as well as what they would recommend and how critical they felt it was without pressuring me. The work was done in good time and they washed my car! It doesn't get any better than that. I've been a Bill Rapp customer for decades and always will be.

Service

I took my car in for a 60,000 mile checkup. The shuttle service is an excellent service. I love my Forester. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great service.
