Everyone is courteous and efficient

Everyone is courteous and efficient. Waiting room is comfortable with good munchies. The car gets washed also.I have been very happy with Subaru.

NYS Inspection

Made an appointment for my free state inspection, got in when scheduled, got snacks while waiting and sitting in comfortable chairs, and out in less than an hour. Very fast, convenient and friendly.

Great buying experience

Rachael was very friendly, open and honest with no pressure or games. All the staff were very friendly and extremely patient and kind with our 2 kids running around. We will be returning for sure when it’s time to purchase our next vehicle.

Excellent Service

The staff was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were helpful without being pushy. Patrick and Ernie took excellent care of us. I would definitely recommend Bill Rapp Super Store.
