Top notch customer service.

I recently just purchased a truck from joe cecconis and I’m very happy thus far. My salesman, Rob Fleming did everything he possibly could to get me into the truck that fit me best. Rob displayed great professionalism as well as patience and great energy. He believes in what he does and that made my decision to purchase from him easier than I thought. I would tell anyone to go too cecconis because they truly care about their customers and making sure you leave happy.

My experience

I am glad I finally picked a dealership where I could make the decision myself. I knew what I wanted and the saler made it happened. Julian "Pancho" did a amazing job. He listened, maybe offer a suggestion, and kept it real. He made the experience comfortable and worthwhile. A great salesman, thank you.

From Michigan

I'm from Michigan look at a 2014 Grand Cherokee vehicle was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke tires were not safe to drive on was told it was inspected and passed inspection I find it hard to believe no one would pass those with the tread being below the wear indicators had to make it a point I wanted to see car washed and cleaned and had limited time to wait certainly glad I did not purchase vehicle I believe dealership needs to not put a trainee with a customer from out of state poor experience for him would not recommend this dealership

Not the way a dealership should be

At first when i made the deal on a new vehicle I was pretty satisfied with the dealership but after the deal was "done" the wheels really fell off the bus. For starters since when do dealerships not fill the vehicle your taking delivery on with a full tank of gas? Half a tank, that was a first (and I've bought many vehicles). Second, when I took delivery there was as large glob of paint on the roof of the vehicle that had dried that way and everyone missed it, the car was "detailed" before i picked it up but you don't notice this major imperfection? So they make me drive back to niagara falls to "see it" and then tell me they'll call me later about getting it fixed (it took just a few days short of 1 month). Next, i receive a call from the service manager and the saleswoman I worked with that I again had to drive back to Niagara Falls to sign another contract because the original one was printed "offline" and the bank couldn't read it and it was "URGENT". So I drive back again to the dealership. The service manager Mike tells me I'll be in and out in 10 seconds and just need to sign and initial and assures me everything is the same it was just reprinted. I made a deal signed a contract and took delivery on a deal of 15K miles a year for my vehicle. The contract he was trying to make me sign was now reading 12K miles a year! I immediately pointed this out and his response was "yea thats why I needed you to sign a new contract, the mileage on the original contract was wrong". So wait a minute now, you told me it was printed off line but now you're saying it was the mileage? I couldn't believe it. So after going back and forth he goes through my paper work to find out indeed it was 15K a year and I had my original contract on me to prove that. So then he tells me, "well I guess you didn't have to come here after all". Are you kidding me?! No, apology for this at all. But they did ask why I didn't fill out the customer survey! Really? What he did is not even legal and I have looked into it. So twice now, I had to drive back out to the dealership for THEIR mistakes. They should at minimum provided me with gas for all of this nonsense, the half tank they provided when i took delivery is now more than wasted. So now today I pick up my vehicle from them after the paint is fixed and I open my driver side door and notice a small chip in the edge of the door and on top of that, there is dust from the body shop everywhere inside. All over my seats, steering wheel, door, dash and the console. I dropped this car off immaculate. I was so mad I just left and decided to wash my hands of this place for good. I have never had such bad experiences from a dealership in my life. I would advise that anyone looking a vehicle NOT to even bother going to Joe Cecconi.

Scheduled appointment

Had appt. @ 7:30 ... took my vehicle at 730 ... technician took vehicle ... vehicle sitting on the side of the building @ 8:41... pretty funny...why make an appointment if they take the vehicle and put it on the side of the building?

THIS IS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE!

I spent about 1 month doing some research online, and fell in love with a Jeep Renegade! They are awesome! I also noticed there are a lot of different deals out there, but a friend told me to check out JOE CECCONI'S. My friend told me that they have the lowest prices, and they honor their ads for everyone! I am very used to playing the payment game, as every vehicle I have got in the lase 10 years, it has taken hours trying to get to the advertised prices. I saw they and the perfect Jeep so I sent them an email. I got a reply in literally a minute from my new favorite salesperson Amy Sabers. She told me to come right away, and so I did armed with everything I to get the best deal for me and my family. She was AMAZING! Showed me all about the Jeep, made sure I was comfortable, and had me drive it! IT WAS PERFECT, SHE HAD FOUND MY PERFECT JEEP! ! ! !! ! ! SHE IS ONE OF THE MANAGERS, AND WHEN I GOT BACK FROM MY TEST DRIVE, THE NUMBERS WERE THERE, AND EXACTLY AS I HAD HOPED! She even helped me find a bonus rebate that saved me an additional $500! ! ! IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A VEHICLE, GO SEE AMY SABERS! THIS IS THE WAY THAT BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE!!!!!

Financing my first car

I’ve never owned a car less than ten years old and that also had less than 80,000 miles on it. I’ve been saving up my money for awhile and decided that it was time for me to buy a newer vehicle. I inquired about a couple cars at Joe Cecconi’s on cars.com at 11:00 PM Monday night. By Tuesday at 8:00 AM, Amy Sabers had already gotten back to me in regards to my inquires. I drove 45 minutes from the southtowns up to this dealership where I met Amy. She was amazing. Showed me the cars I inquired about, as well as ones I didn’t but that she thought I would like. She wasn’t pushy, she was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She truly made my first carbuying experience a good one. I ended up leaving the lot with a car that I didn’t even inquire about, because she found it for me and thought it would be a good fit for me. I can’t thank Amy enough for getting me into a well maintained, newer vehicle. I will definitely recommend all my friends to her.
