Service

The service manager should have called me a liar. He excused himself to listen to a taped conversation. He then told me I was right, I did instruct him to do it. That was only the beginning. I drove home and by the time I got home one of the things I had serviced was already not working. No call back from anyone after I tried to complain.

We do apologize for your concern. We do from time to time review phone conversations to ensure that we are delivering the highest level of service, and in this instance, our service manager did realize that he was in error as a result of his reviewing the call. There is never an intent to accuse anyone of lying, however, at times, call recording is used in order to assure that we are correctly delivering on commitments that we have made.

Experience purchasing a Jeep wrangler

This is the third Jeep I have purchased working with Julian (Pancho ) Santiago. He is always friendly and takes the time to answer all my questions. I feel he really understands his customers. He never tries to sell me more than I can afford. He is a Great asset to the company. For the service department Chris has always been friendly and makes sure everything I need is taken care of quickly and accurately . I have always had a Great experience with Joe Cecconi in sales and service. Kathy

Hands Down Best Person and Place to buy!

I have purchased many new cars, but never have I had such a great experience! Amy Sabers make the whole experience easy, fun, and exciting! She will get you exactly what you are looking for and get the pricing in line! Don't even bother with the other guys... CALL AMY SABERS!

Fantastic experience

Having bought a few cars from Amy Sabers, calling her was a no brainer. Even in less than stellar financial circumstances, she managed to put us at ease, give us what we wanted, and even though we could have been soaked given our situation we got what I would call a great deal.

Wish it could have been better

Just bad all around. I got more response from the automated chat on their web page than I did from a live person. Of the attempts I made to buy a truck they had I never once got a call, text or even a courtesy email back just to say hello. So this is one of my worst dealings with a car dealer I have had.

My experience

I had an excellent experience working with Pancho. He made sure I got the car I wanted and was with me every step of the way. He was honest, attentive and patient. Not only did I get the car I wanted I got an amazing deal. I would recommend any of my friends/family to go see him. He goes above and beyond for his customers and you don’t run into a salesman that does that very often.

I called the dealer late in the day and needed delivery today. They were absolutely amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way, delivered more than I expected and were patient with me and my insurance company. Best Ram dealer in WNY, I talked to all of them. Renee went well above and beyond and I would send everyone I know to see her.
