Excellent service.

Our service was great. We are very happy with the speed of the approval and paperwork. Our salesman Anthony Ricco and David Darado were so helpful at getting us what we wanted. Finance department was so busy but was very quick at getting us out of the door in a timely fashion with our new vehicle. All and all we had a great experience. Thank you, Kim and Edward Clark.

Another great experience

Just purchased my 2nd jeep from this dealer. All of my needs were met. The process was made very easy. Khalil was awesome!!! Very happy with my purchase

Amazing experience

Purchasing my Jeep at Joe Cecconi’s with the help of Amy Sabers was easily the best car experience I’ve ever had. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question i had, and made sure i got the Jeep i wanted.

Rough start but ended great.

After a long wait, Pancho ended up assisting me beyond my expectations. He was friendly, down to earth and did not mince words. I left with exactly what I wanted but never thought I could get. Highly recommend Pancho as your next stop if looking for any Mopar vehicle.

The customer service that I received was outstanding! Renee was so patient with me as I had no idea what I wanted. The Jeep that I purchased was off the lot and she couldn't of been more apologetic over something she couldn't control. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Dave Dorato was fantastic. After being referred by 2 people to go see him, he was extremely personable and treated me like family, making me feel comfortable during the process of buying my car. He was very knowledgeable and sat with me and explained everything about my new Jeep, such as features, how to sync my phone, how to remove the hard top, etc. He was attentive and did everything he could to get the vehicle in my price range. Afrer having a horrible experience at Transitowne, the way I was treated at Cecconi’s was refreshing and reassured me that I was buying from the right dealership. Chris from the service department was awesome as well. I had a small problem with my backup camera and one of my speakers and he had everything fixed and ready within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and I appreciated how quickly I was ready to go.

Worst experience buying a vehicle ever.

I honestly didn't leave feeling good about my purchase. Wasn't given any options but more so told which vehicle I'll be getting. Due to that fact that I was despite and in need of a new vehicle asap I took a Jeep Compass. Not happy with it at all. I felt like I was taken advantage of due to my situation. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!!! I REGRET MY PURCHASE!
