Great Customer service

I had a wonderful buying experience for the 2 vehicles I purchased at the same time. Ian Kroening and the complete Staff did all they could to make sure I was able to buy both vehicles on the same day and get me in and out without a very long wait time. I highly recommend talking with Ian or any of the staff at Joe Cecconi’s. Easiest auto purchase ever made. I referred a friend and the next week she bought a car as well. Will definitely go back for any future auto needs!

I really want to thank your dealership and specifically...

I really want to thank your dealership and specifically apologize to the service advisor, Chris. I, unfortunately, had a VERY bad week and had an attitude. I did wait 20 minutes in my car before Chris finally greeted me. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but was strongly urged to be prompt. That aside, my service was great. For an unplanned visit, my car was done in 2 hours!! I want to thank the dealership and especially thank and apologize to Chris. I'm very grateful I bought my car through this dealership!!!

Rob Fleming treated me with the best purchasing experience i have ever had! He took the time top find the jeep i wanted and was knowledgeable about the Jeep. Hes the go to man if your looking to purchase from Cecconis!

THE BEST SERVICE GUY EVER!

Dan is the best service guy to ever service my vehicle here. Very helpful and efficient in all the care your car will need. I can honestly say I bring my vehicle almost an hour away to this dealership because of him! "If your car is in a jam, call Dan." literally the best. Communication is great.

Wonderful customer service

My salesman Rob was absolutely wonderful. He was quick to respond and found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. The finance guy was just as amazing. This is the third vehicle that our family has purchased from them. Excellent customer service all around.

2017 Ford Focus

I had two options going in and unfortunately I wasn’t able to get either. I was a lil let down but my salesperson recommended some alternatives and turns out they were better than what I wanted. He was helpful and kind and shows an actual interest in helping me get my first vehicle. He worked WITH me, not just FOR me and I really appreciate that.

Loving my Jeep!

Brandon was very helpful, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Understood our needs, including price. The process was easy! This is our 1st lease wuth them but 2nd vehicle from Cecconi's. Happy customers so far.

Oil change, radio update, throttle control system.

Dan who wrote up My work order as well as Alex the Sales Manager in Service and Gus in Sales are All Incredible people to deal with and "I" would Not want to deal with Anyone other than Them and I can NOT wait to be driving a Brand New Warlock home . Thank you Joe Cecconi's. I would NEVER lease or buy Another automobile from Anyone other than Gus.
