I'm a first time buyer, Chris Glenn was my salesman he was excellent. If I had to sum it up he invited me to the party, gave a great gift and cut me the first piece of cake!! I didn't know much about purchasing a vehicle so for me he was Joe Cecconi's. I will return in the future for a second vehicle!!!!

Tony was very patient with me and showed me all the options I had for exactly what I was looking for. Bob and Mike looked carefully at my trade in vehicle to give me as much as possible for it. Mike was also very good at explaining my options and the best deals available at the moment. I went in hoping to be able to buy the most basic Compass without any bells or whistles, and I left with a Compass Latitude lease with payments that exceeded my expectations, and a much nicer car than I thought I would be able to afford! Thank you all for a painless experience.

I recently just purchased my very first car at Joe Cecconi's. I visited and spoke to several other car dealerships in the area but this one definitely stood out the most. The staff was AMAZING. I've never met such a kind group of people. I met with Kahlil Davis, he was so AWESOME. He found the perfect car for me right within my budget and the car I left with was much better than what I was expecting. It was a great deal, and I am in love with my car. I WENT IN TO SEE IF I COULD DRIVE A USED JEEP, BUT AFTER CONSIDERATION OF INTEREST RATES AND PRICE, I WENT WITH THE 2014 JEEP COMPASS SPORT 4X4......I HAVE HAD IT 5 DAYS, AND THRILLED......I TRADED IN A 2013 TURBO CAR WHICH I DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE SNOW WITH....I TALKED TO A FEW OF THE SALES DEPT WHILE THERE, AND EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.....THEY JUST COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR ME......SINCE I AM A WIDOW, I AM ALONE, AND HAD SOME QUESTIONS, AND THE SALES DEPT DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS STUPID IN NOT KNOWING A FEW THINGS.....I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANY FRIEND THAT ASKED ME WHERE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE....THANK YOU ALL AT JOE CECCONI CHRYSLER COMPLEX IN NIAGARA FALLS, NY...........MARGARET MARTINO...
