This was the first time we returned to a dealer for a new vehicle two times in a row. We even had the same salesperson. Bill found us discounts we didn't even know about and even found a better discount than the one we did know. Bill doesn't pressure you, but he does tell you if certain incentives will expire on a certain date. He lets you decide what model you want and then has you tell him the must-haves for options. Then he does a search and tells you what he has found at other dealerships. Then you decide which one you want and he tries to get it for you (so he has been successful both times). When we went to pick it up, the car was spotless and Bill spent a lot of time showing us how the new equipment worked and even synced our phones We'll definitely go back to Grinwald for our next vehicle.
