We had a fine experience dealing with Chad Wickert and John Foltz in our purchase of a 2015 Ford Focus yesterday (2/19/2019). With the help of our daughters Anna and Sara, Ruth and I found ourselves dealing with Chad in making a comparison of two vehicles which fit our situation. Ruth and I are 79 years old and still possessed of our faculties to operate a vehicle. In our experience we have in the last 10 years bought "our last car" two times, but find ourselves able to contend a while longer in the "game of life" to need another one. With sufficient TLC we found ourselves in the hands of capable people who answered our questions and directed us to the one for us. John cared for the final paperwork. The whole procedure took a little over 2 hours and we drove away in our (to us) new Titanium. We are sure we got a good "last car."

So far I've bought 2 vehicles from 2 different dealers. The first time around I made a very large mistake of going to Kearns in Johnson Creek, I was rushed into buying a truck that had cleverly hidden rust spots and countless issues. I'm so glad I went to Grinwald Ford in Watertown. No pushy salesman. The people there are nice, helpful, and know what they are talking about. All in all wonderful experience start to finish.

My Wife and I have had some horrible experiences when buying cars in the past from other dealerships and this was not the case here. Grinwald Ford provided a great hassle free purchasing experience. We met Bill when we came to look at a car I found online. He got my wife and I set-up for a test drive, offered to show us any features we were not familiar with and gave us all the time we needed to look it over and test drive. Price was great and John helped us arrange financing, which was a painless, sometimes fun experience! When we took delivery Bill was waiting with a small bouquet of flowers for my wife. He then went over all the features of the vehicle and helped set-up all the access codes and pair our phones. We love the small town charm of Grinwald Ford and thank everyone for such a great experience.

In looking for a used vehicle for myself after driving the car that I've had since getting my license, I was apprehensive that we'd find something that fit my expectations in the right price range. After much searching, we found one that fit the bill! We drove a little over 200 miles to find it and were not disappointed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and helped us move through all the steps smoothly and swiftly. We left very happy with our purchase, and the flowers at the end were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend people checking out this dealership, they had a lot of inventory and were great to work with from the purchasing, finance, and all other aspects. While looking for a new truck online I was able to find the one I wanted at Grinwald Ford after I increased my search radius. I call the dealer and was connected with Bill who was very helpful and we arranged a test drive. When I arrived I saw the truck was just what I was looking for. Having looked at tons of trucks online this truck was priced below many of the others that I found with about 40,000 less miles on it. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was just great. This is my sixth or seventh vehicle purchase from a dealership and none of the other dealerships compare to Grinwald. After my sale was completed I was talking with my salesperson Bill outside and the owner of the dealership John took time to come out and thank me for my business. It made me feel like I was the only customer in the dealership at that moment in time. The day we arranged to pick up the truck went just as smooth. It was raining outside so Bill had the truck parked inside where we were able to go over things and set up my phone. On our way out he handed my wife flowers and me a Ford hat while saying congratulations on your new truck. We came from about 50 miles away and let me say it was definitely worth the drive. Their laid back approach and small town feel really makes you feel like a friend or acquaintance and not just a number or another sale!

I found a vehicle online that was what I had been looking for at Grinwald Ford. Not being from the area I had not had any experience with this dealership. I contacted Bill who was very helpful in answering questions and setting up a test drive. When I arrived the vehicle was sitting in front warmed up for the test drive. I found the vehicle was just what I had been looking for and at fair price. While purchasing the vehicle I found all the employees I dealt with to be very friendly and went out of their way to make the purchase go as smoothly as possible. I felt it was important to everyone their that it was about me finding the right vehicle for me and not just about a sale. After the purchase Bill took time to make sure the vehicle was set up for me including setting up my phone through the vehicles Bluetooth system before leaving the lot. Bill has continued to be available after the sale to answer questions and follow up after the sale. I would definitely recommend friends and family to do business with this dealership.
