I pretty much had my vehicle picked out from the website and an amt. I felt to be a fair trade for my current vehicle. I called Bill and asked it the SUV was still available. I then set up an approx. time to test drive it. When we arrived it was sitting in front of the dealership waiting for us. Everything went very smooth. Straightforward discussion regarding warranty and finish package with no pressure. I was really impressed with his explanation of all the bells and whistles.....as well as the website videos I can reference as refresher if need be. First time purchasing a NEW vehicle in a very long time. Thanks for solid advice and explanations.
