I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years so I was beyond stressed. After narrowing my search to a Ford Explorer, I found Grinwald Ford via the internet. Their location was about an hour from my home but they had the vehicle I wanted so I decided to give them a shot. I'm glad I did! I have nothing but positives to say. They took great care of me and helped me get past my stress and focused on a smart decision. Bill Maron provided fantastic customer service in a supportive, no pressure way. Chris Adams walked me through the financials in a logical, educational manner and again with no pressure. Even the owner, John Grinwald, made a point of stopping by to introduce himself and offer to answer any questions. The team combined to turn my stress into excitement for a great new ride. These guys took such good care of me that I'm considering driving past probably 20 other dealerships just to have them change my oil! I highly recommend this team.

The service department took their time to try and figure out a vibrations in my truck and found out I had 3 of 4 tire out of balance which were new tire put on by a different dealership. Go figure.

I bought a used car with a couple small cosmetic issues. They ordered one replacement part that took a week maybe a little longer to arrive. They called when it came in to set up appointment. I made it for after work and it took them maybe 15 minutes to fix a couple small things. All of it was free of charge as well which I wasn't expecting as it was a used car. Great buying experience
