Dave Delkamp was our sales man, he was a 10 out of a 10. Never once did he try pushing us into a purchase, I trusted him within minutes of talking with him. He was honest and answered every questoin we had. He also came in on his day off and stayed well past closing hours to go over the entire vehicle to be sure we had no questions. Dave was very knowlwdgable and never left a single question uunanswered. Dave and his team also made this process easy and fast. We also spoke with Andy Grinwald, he listened and was a welth of information on our decision on the our purchase of a 2023 Ford Explore ST. Andy gave us a very fair deal on our trade in. Chelsea Grineald (Wendt) also stopped by us to introduce herself and and said if we had any unanswered questions she would be happy to answer them. Mr John Grinwald stopped by us to introduced himself and was exceptionally frinedly. Cant forget about John Foltz to finalize the numbers and get us an exceptional 1.9% interest rate that nowadays is unheard of. Jon was funny and very timely in finalizing everything for us. Great experience, helpful courteous staff. Very helpful in assisting me on ordering a 2024 Ford Maverick as soon as the order banks opened on this super popular vehicle. Great preparation by John in finance, had everything ready when I arrived for pick up (smoothest transaction I have ever had purchasing a vehicle). Paul in sales was a pleasurer to work with, was able to get my order in immediately ensuring I was able to get the exact model I wanted.

Paul at Grinwald was great to work with. He sold me a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and made the process fast and easy, even stayed late one night to make it happen as soon as possible! We went into John's office to sign some paperwork and it only took no more than 5 minutes. Also, traded one of our vehicles in and that process was done fairly easy with the help of Chelsea and Andy. Overall, excited about our new car and will definitely look into vehicles there in the future!
