This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Wiscasset Ford and like the first vehicle the service was excellent. The staff is friendly, prepared and organized. The whole process from test driving to leaving in my new vehicle was quick versus what I have experienced from other dealerships.

If I could leave less than one star, I would my car was there for 17 days. they told me it would take 2 days. The communication was horrible. The things that they were supposed to do that they said they actually did do I just picked up my car and all the lights still say things need to be done that I just apparently paid for over the phone, Wiscasset Ford has gone down in the dumps, they couldn’t even tell me for two weeks I wanted to trade in amount finally after two weeks of me calling every day I said to xxxx with it I’ll go somewhere else. Meanwhile, they still had my car didn’t finish the job and overcharged me. I am disgusted.
