This was the first time I had ever started the buying process online. The buying process didn't take long when we got down there and we live 2 and a half hours away. I was able to find exactly the vehicle I wanted, at the right price, and conduct the whole process online/phone (including trade-in) and have the vehicle delivered out of state, on my schedule, at no additional cost and the trade-in vehicle taken away. It was a great experience with helpful but not overbearingly communicative staff throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, car is perfect, experience was great, so I won't be buying more cars any time soon, but will consider this dealer again in future and recommend to others in the meantime.

Doug Janoff who is a service advisor saveed me a boatload of money this week when my 21 F150 went dead and I was 800 miles over my powertrain warranty knowing that I could’ve been up xxxx creek without a paddle , they diagnosed it charged the battery cleared all of my codes that were set and my truck was washed outside waiting for me by noon time the next day that’s pretty insane customer service. If you ask me totally appreciate it and definitely would recommend Wiscasset Ford next time you’re up in vacation land. Phil G

I would have to say that the time it took to sign the paperwork and get the keys could have been less than 3 hours. Otherwise, everyone was nice. The car itself is good on gas and what I need to travel to and from work along with other personal errands.The sales team did an excellent job with helping me to switch cars when I realized my first choice was electric. Overall, I’m satisfied.
