Wiscasset Ford

Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Horrible!! Bad experience which included a complete waste of my time and was lied to!!!!! I was in the market for two vehicles and i will NEVER do biz with this dealership!!!!

I have been choosing this dealership and their service department for many years due to their professionalism and friendliness. I find it very difficult to go anywhere else because I am so comfortable with Wiscasset Ford.
