Bought a 2022 F150, nice truck but salesman waa worse ever met. Lied about things that were on the truck that were not on it . Never will go there or recommend them

From the reservation of the truck to filling the gas tank to full, they were very professional, helpful, and courteous. The sale staff keep us informed throughout the process and communicated over phone and email. Pricing did not include extra fees that other dealers had. Staff explained protection packages without pressure. Follow up checked were made to make sure we were pleased with our new vehicle. This is the second purchase from this dealer. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is the market to buy a car or truck to consider Wiscasset Ford!

Purchased a vehicle in July 2020. At first the experience was nice and easy. Three days after I purchased my car, check engine light came on. I brought my car into the dealership at least 3x with no answer — the lady in the service department actually said to me that my car just “remembered” something WAS wrong with it before (yes, seriously). Finally, once my 30 day/1,000 mile warranty was up, they conveniently found an issue. But they wanted to know how I was going to pay, as this was now a new problem, not the one I’d been having since I purchased the vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager, they said they’d get back to me. Let’s just say it’s been over a year and they never called me back. 0/10 do not recommend this dealership, their service department is an absolute joke. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
