Great service

On this particular day I came in for repair (1/1), it was exceptionally busy. I waited over an hour and a half to get my oil changed, which is the longest I have ever waited. I wish there were a way to determine estimated wait times online without having to call online. Other than this, customer service from Tim was great and always is.

Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab 5 Star Purchase!

Big shout out to Dane and Daniel for a great experience on our truck purchase. Well worth the drive from Bend Oregon, great deal and everything we hoped for. Thanks guys...loving this new truck especially with all this snow!!

Service Department is Terrific!

I went in for an oil change, and the service technician noticed the lower manifold gasket was leaking anti-freeze, so I got that replaced. I appreciate the technician inspecting my van and noticing things that need attention so it can be taken care of. I also appreciate the Service Advisor's , Dave Franklin, clear explanations of the service work that should be done and why.

I was looking to possibly buy a new Jeep Rubicon. Salesman Jason Hinman was recommended to me by my son who purchased a Dodge Ram from Lithia and Hinman was his salesman. I explained to Jason what I was looking for and that I needed to see if I could even get in and out of the jeep. Jason showed me a Rubicon and I was able to enter and exit ok, explained about the workings of the jeep and I took it for a test drive. I liked the ride and handling. Explained how the Rubicon is the top of the line jeep and how Lithia prices them. Jason and I came to an agreement and I bought the Rubicon. I have driven the vehicle for the past week and love it, The ride is better than any vehicle I have owned in the passed, it gets better gas mileage than I thought it would. I liked the no pressure sales attitude Lithia has once I decided to buy the paper work went quickly and I was on my way.
