Josh was awesome!

Josh was awesome! He was super patient and very eager to help. I enjoyed being able to make this deal over the phone it. Trade it very convenient.

Wish the snacks were as good as the deals

Dylan has sold me 2 new vehicles this year. A 2023 Grand Cherokee and a 2023 Bighorn. And they were both the easiest buying experience Ive had, and Ive bought 6 vehicles from your dealership over the years. As we expand our business I plan on seeing Dylan and sending my people his way. He does it right.

Power Wagon

Sales people are very honest, (John Lamboy), John was fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. John is the real deal. Devin in financing was awesome, too. Devin helped with contract/agreement until the late hours. Great experience. Ask for John to receive excellent experience. My new Ram Power Wagon.

AVOID THESE CROOKS

AVOID THIS DEALER! Complete waste of time. Lured in with bait and switch, aggressive marketing tactics. 12/15/22: Dealer posted an ad on cargurus without photos-just the asking price and mileage. I inquired about the vehicle, requesting photos. The sales rep texted me, and we began a dialogue, he sent a few photos that the current owner took, and we spoke live. Sales rep stated that they would not receive the vehicle in on trade until 12/28/22 when the customer's new car arrived. Meanwhile a second person from the dealer, quite entitled stated that she would need some information from me (referring to my original inquiry) via text. I told her I was already working with someone from the dealership, and to back off. Then the emails started pouring in--one dealer promotion after another, as well as individual vehicle listings that had no resemblance to the vehicle I inquired about. Had to unsubscribe from that. 12/28 came and went. So on 12/29 I followed up and it magically "just appeared" and they sent over more photos of specific areas I was concerned with. Once satisfied, I sent them my drivers license and insurance card, and requested their banking info so that I could wire the funds (Oregon dealer, I live in Connecticut). After providing them all my information they called and said "well now that we have the truck we have decided to sell the vehicle at $21,900, not the $16,900 we originally quoted. I replied that I didn't care, they can find someone else (and no doubt they will) but what a colossal waste of everyone's time and just a greedy, crooked dealership move. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with this dealership. Zero integrity in their business dealings.

Best Experience!

Everything about our experience was great from start to finish. Our salesman Joshua Hogan was by far the best salesman my husband and I have had buying a car. He answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we found the right car. The finance guy that we did paperwork with was very helpful and put us at ease with our decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

Very Happy

Found the used truck I wanted and they worked with me so I could get it . Very happy.The salesman even got me an orange juice when I had a Low. That is service!!!!!

Awesome Experience!

Cory grabbed the ball and ran with it and when he had to leave town, Dylan took up the mantle and finished the job. This was a turnkey experience from start to finish and these guys excelled. I appreciate the efforts to make this out of state purchase go very smooth. Whatever Lithia is paying these guys, frankly, it is not enough.

Make it easy on yourself and go see them.
