This was by far the best auto buying experience of my life. I have owned well over 50 vehicles and I have had lots of experience in buying vehicles. Guy was very knowledgeable about this product, he was very patient as I went back-and-forth trying to decide on a color for the truck, and most of all he listen to what I had to say.

I had a great used car purchase experience. I was working with Guy and he helped to make the process easy and, as he knew I came up from Medford for just a few hours to purchase my truck, he expedited the process so that I could get back on the road quickly. He also arranged a loan through the in-house financing department that beat the loan rate that my online lender was offering, saving me money in the long run. And their lot attendant, an extremely mature 19 year old, was an excellent representative for the company as he helped me drop off my rental car before leaving town--well spoken, bent over backwards to be helpful----and deserves a raise, promotion, whatever. Any biz that wants to win lifelong clients needs people like that on their team. It was all great and I'm extremely happy with the experience and with my new (used) truck. Thanks! Michael

Service was excellent. Very happy with the dealership in general and Daniel, the salesperson who helped me. They were very easy to work with, which says a lot about a car dealership. There are very few of those. They were trustworthy and did not try to make an extra dollar off of me in order to boost their profit on one sale. In return, I highly recommend them. If you are in Oregon, then I would suggest that you go to Eugene to buy a Dodge.
