Excellent Customer Service and Competitive Prices
I have to drive 2 hours to purchase this vehicle when I can simply purchase similar vehicle locally. Key difference is excellent customer service along with transparent and competitive prices. I saw this dealer moved many vehicles recently (including mine) whereas my local dealer moved almost none. This is just another data point suggesting I am not alone.

The new entrance to the service department is a wonderful upgrade. For old folks like me who are less ale to negotiate some of the old facility entrance ramps and steps, makes getting in and out much faster and safe. The wait time was much less than I remember from past visit.

Great service!
Always wonderful and quick service. We purchased our Jeep here and got the lifetime oil change program with it. Its always easy to bring it in for the oil change. They get us in quickly and we dont have to schedule an appointment for it.

Lifetime oil change
Bought multiple vehicles here so far and havent had any issues with purchase or services. Only thing I would like to see is topping of DEF.

Quick and easy
This truck buying was quick and there wasn't any sitting around and waiting. They got the paperwork together while I was traveling to the dealer and the entire time was 45 minutes and I was driving away. People hate waiting around and Justin made sure it was quick, easy and productive. Straight forward and easy.

oil change
Took my 2011 ram in for an oil change, two hours later they called and said truck was ready? Went into service to get keys....they couldn't find them? Was given a bill for about $200.00??? Had to inform them I had free oil changes for the duration of my contract built in???, then after a frantic 20minutes search for my key fob the service writer just happen to notice that they put wrong oil in my truck???? Now were three hours into this??? back to the shop and another 40 minutes with mechanics who should know their stuff but really do not....and are supposedly certified. Then after three weeks my truck runs little funny, I took it to Sun Automotive, where I was told about a module that is notorious on Rams for causing all sorts of problems along with other factory recalls on this truck that Lithia had not advised me of and are required to???. Went back to Lithia and was told for a diagnosis fee of $90 they could access the problem and fix it but that parts were not available for weeks???. I ask any and all out there not to use this dealership for any repairs unless you wealthy, and not to buy any vehicles since they are not built for safety.

Again I received excellent service from Lithia and Mike in the service department! Mike is very professional and polite! We didnt even buy our Jeep there from Lithia but they still checked our used Jeep that we purchase elsewhere out for us.
