Best service department hands down. Never a bad experience at I can get scheduled in quickly while other dealers are weeks out.

It was an good buying experience. My rep was not pushy and very insightful. The only thing is the sheer time it took to process any paperwork. I waited like 5hrs to buy the car but other than that it was great.

This is the 3rd new truck. Because of the tremendous staff: JC, McClean, Justin Leighton, Devin Pratt and others that create an environment like a band of brothers. The last new Diesel they were working hard in a trailer. They had several Pizzas and offered to share. I never was offered a bite of lunch by any dealer of some 51 new vehicle buys! 0-10 this group is an 11 !

Oil change was quick and easy... drop off and pick up without any issues. Probably spent a total of 10 mins in the service area.

That staff make sure I got my vehicle repaired quick as possible. I took it in for a recall notice and when the shuttle was going to be late they got me an Uber!

Always encounter a very friendly staff and fast service!

Though I was originally looking for a truck, I couldn't end up finding one in my price range. Lithia Chrysler helped me find a Jeep that was everything I wanted in a vehicle. They worked very hard with me to structure my vehicle the way I wanted. I appreciate all of their extra work in helping me.
