Fast, very informative, reliable.
It was the fastest buying experience I ever had, the staff was very informative and nice. They showed me all the trucks that were in my budget. They explained everything from the beginning until the final signature. Would definitely go there again for my future car/truck shopping.

Simple & quick
This is the fourth car I've leased from the dealership, three from the same salesman. The last two I have either e-mailed or called the salesman and told him what I wanted. Within a day or two I had a response to come pick up my car. I am very happy that we can work this way and save time for both of us. Everyone on staff are considerate, friendly and helpful - that's why I drive 50 miles to this dealership.

Worst Experience Ever Very stereotypical experience
Saw a used truck on-line and contacted the dealer to make sure the vehicle was still available. I talked with James Hunt. I wasn't able to make it in that day and so called again the next day to make sure the truck was still available. I was 1.5 hours from the dealership, so I didn't want to make the long drive if the vehicle wasn't there. James assured me he would call if the vehicle was not available before I left. When we arrived at the dealership, James told us he was with another customer, but Brendon would help us. James also told us how the truck had just had a new windshield put in. Brendon asked James where the truck was and he somewhat pointed in a direction. Brendon took us to a truck which was not the one I was looking at. We walked the lot a little bit and finally Brendon brought us into the showroom to sit while he tried to find the truck. Brendon came back and told us the vehicle had been wholesaled and taken two hours ago. James never came and apologized, never attempted to call before we left, and essentially treated us like crap. Needless to say we left. I would never recommend this dealership and will never return. James Hunt is a horrible salesman and treats customers poorly, Part of the reason I didn't go down the first day was I wasn't going to make it to the dealership until 15 minutes before they closed and I didn't want to make folks wait around. Based on the way I was treated I should have.

Toyota Oil Change
As usual, good service with a friendly attitude. Did not have an appointment but service was performed in a timely manner. In another recent experience on my Infiniti there was a problem. My oil change was delayed. Service apologized for the delay and gave me the oil change for free without any prompting from me. I have been using Lithia Nissan regularly for 7 years.

2017 Rogue

There is a Lithia dealership who I go to in Roseburg when I can't make it to Eugene for service and there is just a might and day difference in service at lithia nissan.
