Lithia Nissan Of Eugene

I've never had a real mechanic, I had mustangs before and did the work myself because they're so simple. But getting my new Altima, I had a warranty on it, and didn't really know my way around a Nissan as well as a ford. So anytime something happened, I just brought it back to the dealership service department. It has always been the easiest process, they're friendly, very knowledgeable, and the best part is, they're way cheaper than most mechanics! I wouldn't trust my car (or bank account) with anyone else.

I've leased two Altimas from Lithia Nissan, and as long as I live in Eugene, I won't go anywhere else. I was hesitant to lease at first, but they made it the easiest process. And when it came time to get a new car when my lease ended, it was about as simple as handing them my old keys, and driving away in my new car. They even gave me a few credits toward the new car for leasing through them again, and for taking good care of my previous car :)

Ricardo and Jordan were very easy to work with and made the process very stress free. They ended up staying until almost 10:30PM to help us out, long after everyone else went home. We apologized a few times but they made us feel welcome and that it wasn't a problem. Great Experience!

The sales and finance team worked well together and the entire process was very efficient. Sales team was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The finance team was quick, knowledgeable and able to run comparisons of payments with different down payment amounts; as well as lease vs purchase. I highly recommend the Lithia Nissan team!

Great service! Mike was very helpful and only smiled when he explained to me that my key fobs, that had been pretty much nonfunctional for several months, was due to me having the batteries in upside down. I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face. 😊
