Excellent Customer Service
I have always had excellent customer service at Lithia Nissan of Eugene. The service advisors provide excellent customer service, prompt--seldom have to wait at check in. Any service I have done is always completed quickly and accurately. The service advisors thoroughly explain the service done on my vehicle and give me an update on the current condition of my vehicle.

When having service done at Lithia Nissan, we deal with J.J. He is the best! Always gives us a fair price and the work is done well and quickly. He goes out of his way to make you happy. They are all great at Lithia, but J.J. Lawson is our favorite. I would recommend Lithia for all you service needs.

Fast, friendly, and excellent service.
The service staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly, were very courteous and explained everything from the inspection sheet and tech. notes with me in detail. Also the waiting lobby area was very clean and comfortable. Although we got the three year service plan when we got in to our Nissan, I think I may still use their services after that expires, they're great.

Very Satisfied!
Lithia Nissan of Eugene is one of the best dealerships I am familiar with and I have had several, from Oldsmobile (remember?) to Honda. Especially worth noting is JJ Lawson, one of the service advisors. He goes above and beyond his job description. He "fits me in" with my busy schedule, has a car available when mine is in service, has my truck washed when it is dirty, drives my truck out of its "tight" parking space, and replaces the missing tire valve caps. As I waited for JJ is complete the replacements for the valve caps, another, customer commented how they (husand and wife) appreciated JJ as well.
