It's nice to go into the dealership and have such nice people help you! Not only did John try to fix my problem right away, when the team couldn't complete it that day, he made special arrangements for me the following week. Very sweet!

Great customer service..Great vehicle !

If you want great customer service, great follow through, thorough knowledge of the various models and all their bells and whistles and to feel good about your purchase I highly recommend this dealer. I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue ..I love the car and I was impressed with Jordan's expertise, knowledge of all aspects of the car, his patience and his ability to hear what was important to me. Every step of the process was handled well. And Tanner makes the financing pretty painless. I have had 2 Nissan Quests and they were both purchased and serviced through this dealer..again I am way impressed with their service department! The service department is what brought me back for my new car. Thank you Lithia Nissan of Eugene!

Courteous employees

I recently took my Versa Note in for an oil change. I was able to get in fairly quickly with no appointment. There was only one small glitch: I thought they would wash the car. The attendant explained when I asked about this that some customers were very particular about who washes their car and so they don't do this unless it is requested. I asked for my car to be washed and 10 minutes later it was out in the parking lot waiting for me, shiny, cleaned, and washed ! Thanks!

The Buyers friend

We purchased our Rogue in 2012.. and JUST reached our 30,000 miles check up... when done the car felt like it did in 2012. It always feels great... and after visiting them it felt like brand new and familiar. The folks there are great- courteous and careful to take good care of their customer... certainly will, when necessary, buy a new car there. The way things are going- it will be awhile.. this is one great car... we are very happy with both the car and the service.

Outstanding service.

We live in Roseburg and our 2015 Altima had a "Tire Maintenance" indicator come on, so since I needed to go to Slocum for a medical issue, we stopped by the dealership. Your service folks are outstanding in my opinion, they told me the tires needed rotation and an oil change was due. We left the car and walked to Slocum, and when we returned the car was done except for the courtesy washing which was underway. We really appreciate your commitment to your customers.

Excellence!

Great service! I had an oil change, tire rotation, & they gave me a complimentary car wash. The service was excellent. Cord Heideman answered all my questions & concerns. I will continue getting my services for my Nissan Versa done at this Lithia dealership. The service was friendly & knowledgeable.
