I can see it will take a lot of short battery only trips to get to the 105 mpg, The Escape has a lot of annoying road noise, I would like to know if it is normal to this vehicle? At this point I am averaging 75mpg and like the vehicle.

I knew what I wanted and watched reviews and videos online. I had to drive up from North Bend, 2 hours away. Perry came in on his day off after working with me via text message. We did a quick test drive and went into do paperwork with Mitch. I had never traded a car in before so I appreciated the patience with me. I also had sold my house and with Covid didn’t have many things with my name and proof of residence. I could have made my process faster had I been completely prepared but I was in and out in about 3 hours and I had to transfer dogs and dog crates from my old car to my new car. Thanks for everything.

Appointment made to install a loose skid plate that was...
Appointment made to install a loose skid plate that was removed by Pit Stop and it took 15 seconds to remove it. Plastic clips were detached from vibration. But took Ford Dealership over 4 hours to install it. Because this is a company car, they told my boss who does drive this vehicle that the car needed an oil change (1pm) , which was already performed last month. However, the system doesn’t show it He gave the approval the oil change instead of asking me first. No big deal. I came back at 2:15 and hoping to pick up my car. I’m still waiting. it is now 3pm. I shouldn’t complain because my company is paying me to sit at this nice dealership waiting to pick up my company car. Update. Jessica Roth came and told me they are “wrapping things up” at 3:20pm. Took 2 hours to do an oil change. I can only assume Ford Fusion are hard to do and Kendall Ford wanted to do a good job and Pit Stop does an inferior job because it take them only 20 minutes. I was called to finalize the paper work at 3:40pm. Yeah, finally! The total cost for installing the skid plate and oil change is $203.60. Glad my company is paying. Kudos to Jessica Roth. Good customer service. I walked out at 3:45pm. My last oil change was on 9/7/21 at 91760 miles. Just got an oil change now at 92607. My company must make a lot of money. I will need to ask for a raise.

We communicated 01/7/21 at 11:58am. Kevin starts with an apology for my long wait. He was semi professional. He did explain the reason why the oil was done (My Field Service Team told Ford dealership it has not been done for over a year) and the bolts that was used for the undercarriage skid plate. He expressed that he was disappointed on the rating/review that I wrote and It was not Kendall Ford's fault because my company request for an oil change (because it wasn't done over a year) In return, I acknowledged his apology and validated his disappointment. I expressed that my Field Service Team would partially at fault also if they recommending the work, even though it was done on 9/7/21. (However, I didn't tell Kevin that there was an oil change sticker from my last oil change on the windshield. The service person should have caught that) My main disappointment was that it doesn't take 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and 2 hours and 15 minutes to install a skid plate. An one and a half hour wait turns into 5 hours is frustrating. We ended the call semi cordially. Kevin

This used to be a excellent dealership. Absolutely no customer service now. Took my SUV in for maintenance oil change, etc. Their employee ran my car into a pole. My passenger side of the car is dented. Service manager told me they were doing me a favor by letting me know!!! They said they would fix my vehicle. This happened on a Thurs. and it is Monday afternoon and I have received no word. Left a message for the General Manager to call me on Friday and apparently I was not important enough to get a call. I guess if you are a senior citizen women you can be overlooked!!!
