WORST EVER EXPERIANCE

Kendall Ford is the absolute worst. They have had my explorer since August 26th for a new transmission. First they tried to charge me $684 in parts when it's fully covered by my warrent. Once I cleared that up with them I tried for 2 weeks to get in contact with them for and ETA. No return call or email. Finally the servicxe manager called me. Seemed like it would finall be taken care of. But, here we are and they still have not even started on my vehicle. Not even a rental car. They claim they have none on the lot. So here I sit not knowing when my vehicle will be done. And it's the only vehicle I have that fits my 5 kids. Next time I will be smart and take my vehicle to a shop.

used vehicle sales

The sales person (Mel) did not pressure but worked well in trying to put the transaction together. I was looking for a Ford pick up because of the way their used pick ups were checked out prior to going on sale. The best part of the transaction was the time Mel spent on showing me many of the items that came on the vehicle and made it seem as if I was his only customer for the day and said once I got use to the pickup to come back and he would show me more features that came with the truck.

My opinion, want good service, don't go here

wrote a lengthy review about work done on my F350 and detailed all of the work and the bad diagnosis and the thousands of dollars that it cost me at Ford. Also detailed the fix from another reputable Mechanic shop in Eugene with details about how Ford service put the clutch together wrong and also the rear end. These reworks on the truck cost me more thousands. I got a re-reply from someone named Tom that said he was one of the owners of Kendall and that he would look into what had happened. Now I look at the reviews and mine has disappeared and was written less than 3 months ago. When I wrote the review there was a statement that the review would not be deleted and that it was important to have good and bad reviews. Evidently that goes right along with not having qualified service people that can put vehicles together properly as per mine. Would like to know if this "Tom" is a real person or if that is just another stall tactic that I have been getting from Kendall Ford. Was told there was nothing they could to reimburse me for the bad mechanics they did on my truck, then "Tom" wrote me back and said that he would look into it. Then my review disappeared. Would not recommend their service department to my worst enemy. If they had a negative star rating, -5 being the worst, I would give their service department, from my experience with them, a negative 10.

Thanks Brie - I needed to do an early proactive service on my F-150 because of a long road trip. Did not want to stop somewhere in the middle of the country. Dealership service is very important to me. Brie was understanding and helpful regarding scheduling and following up on service day. I appreciate her professionalism and flexibility. Tyler & Lenin were the 2 I dealt with for my purchase and

Tyler & Lenin were the 2 I dealt with for my purchase and they were both very kind. Tyler was very accommodating he made arrangements for my car to be delivered and we live 2hrs away and Lenin drove it down to me. The vehicle didn't have any floor mats or an owners manual so Tyler ordered them for and they are being shipped to me. Over all a very good experience.
