Thanks Brie - I needed to do an early proactive service on my F-150 because of a long road trip. Did not want to stop somewhere in the middle of the country. Dealership service is very important to me. Brie was understanding and helpful regarding scheduling and following up on service day. I appreciate her professionalism and flexibility. I also appreciate the follow up reminder the day prior.

Excellent service in the sales department, Randy kept us up to date about the status of our purchase. It took a little over a year to receive our F450, but very happy with it!

Tyler & Lenin were the 2 I dealt with for my purchase and
Tyler & Lenin were the 2 I dealt with for my purchase and they were both very kind. Tyler was very accommodating he made arrangements for my car to be delivered and we live 2hrs away and Lenin drove it down to me. The vehicle didn't have any floor mats or an owners manual so Tyler ordered them for and they are being shipped to me. Over all a very good experience.

One of the best experiences purchasing a new vehicle,
One of the best experiences purchasing a new vehicle, great job Kendall Ford and Anthony, our sales rep. After waiting 8 plus months on a retail, we are the proud owners of the new Maverick Hybrid.. And well worth the wait! Great vehicle, all its hyped up to be. Several changes to purchase order because of different restraints in the build and supply issues. No ADM, price locked from time of purchase, very easy buying process and was out the door in record time. Loved seeing so many new vehicles coming in and many happy customers setting around the round tables finalizing their deals!

Tyler, my salesman, was great. He answered all of my questions and never pressured my decision. He also ordered a new Maverick and totally understood the frustration of having to wait for several months to be able to drive it.

Terrible service
Very disappointed with your service yet again. This is the second time I have given you a chance. I have been dealing with Landon in Eugene all week on trading in my vehicle and getting a bronco. I work out of town so it’s been through email. I spent a bit of time getting him all the info , and said I would be down Sunday. He promised me that their were several broncos on the lot. I came down today too find no broncos available. This is the second time this has happened too me at the Eugene branch. Very unhappy with your sales team! 😡
