No pressure

You guys had a huge selection of super duties. The hardest part was picking the one I wanted. Skylar did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the trucks. I even traded two vehicles and that didn't slow us down. Excellent experience.

Best Service Possible!

I banged my passenger mirror on a truck. the truck was fine. My mirror glass fell off and was ran over. Drove to Kendal Ford not knowing if I just needed the mirror to fit in the mount or the whole thing. The parts guy did not know so I walked over to service. Tammy took a look at it and she didn't know so walked and got mechanic Wes to help. He wasn't 100% sure, but walked with me to parts. Found the part, had one in stock and pulled it, only to find a middle piece was needed that only came with buying the whole mirror mount assembly. The parts guy found it and could have it to the store by the next morning and it was only $9 more! They ordered and Tammy set me up to come in the next day. What a great experience! Thank you Kendal Ford.

I had an awesome salesman,I love my superduty

I purchased a f350 diesel. My salesman Mel picked me up at the airport in it. There were some minor issues that were self inflicted but Mel was awesome. He made me feel comfortable in a new location Aaron
