I purchased a 2015 F350 - the sales person knowledgeable - low pressure and got me the deal I wanted. After purchase she took the time to go over the vehicle and answer any questions. Overall it was a great experience

They were very busy on Monday and told me it would take an hour. They were under an hour to change the oil. Very satisfied with the job. Looked at new pickups while waiting. Didn't have the one I wanted. A super cab power stroke and not a four door. Liked the four door one on sale but didn't know if it would fit in my 24 foot garage.

He was very helpful in answering my questions for our road trip!

I had been out of town and was not able to make an appointment ahead of time. But I called at 7:00 a.m., they had a slot open at 8:00 a.m. and the job was done before they estimated. A pleasant experience all the way around. I know I can't COUNT on getting in that way without an appointment, but it worked out this time. Their finishing the job sooner than expected was a bonus too. Kendall technicians are usually pretty close with their estimates of time involved.

Made my appointment on-line, very easy. The work I ask for was completed promptly. All staff was very helpful and pleasant. New tires were recommended, same tires 20% less elsewhere.

You guys had a huge selection of super duties. The hardest part was picking the one I wanted. Skylar did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the trucks. I even traded two vehicles and that didn't slow us down. Excellent experience.

I banged my passenger mirror on a truck. the truck was fine. My mirror glass fell off and was ran over. Drove to Kendal Ford not knowing if I just needed the mirror to fit in the mount or the whole thing. The parts guy did not know so I walked over to service. Tammy took a look at it and she didn't know so walked and got mechanic Wes to help. He wasn't 100% sure, but walked with me to parts. Found the part, had one in stock and pulled it, only to find a middle piece was needed that only came with buying the whole mirror mount assembly. The parts guy found it and could have it to the store by the next morning and it was only $9 more! They ordered and Tammy set me up to come in the next day. What a great experience! I purchased a f350 diesel. My salesman Mel picked me up at the airport in it. There were some minor issues that were self inflicted but Mel was awesome. He made me feel comfortable in a new location Aaron

Service was great. The person I charge of my account was very friendly and gave high quality customer service. The shuttle driver was great as well.
